This is three coats. It's a cute idea...pink and glitter. It's hard to get the polish where you want it to go. But I like it. The formula is one where you have to wait for each layer to dry and start building up.... or else it will be gloopy.
I made mine gloopy, because I don't have patience. I think this is actually a four coater. But I made my strokes thick. Will try playing with this polish again. hehe. I love it.
