Oh I saw some new neons at the store. Haven't tried a green one. So, I picked it right up. It's sheer on it's own but it has a nice formula. This is over white. Two coats. I also bought a purple one which is like jelly. I will post that one later. I messed up the mani/swatch and the purple one is so hard to photograph.
