Essie - Bouncer It's Me

Ok, so I removed that sandwich fail...and tried something different. A BLUE. Essie Bouncer It's Me from the neon 2013 collection is really pretty. I know I'm strange I didn't get the pink ones. Hehe. Maybe I will go back and get some. But I really wanted to try something different. It's sheer at one coat. But builds up nicely. This is three coats. It dries semi- matte. I really like it.
