Hair Sunday

Hair Sunday
Hair Sunday... um belated posted. For the whole last week, I used  Roots of Nature: Mango Oil and Capuacu Butter. Cost: $6.99. This is really nice product. The smell is pretty strong, though. *I think I don't like a lot of fragrance; so, I may be biased* I prefer the Wen fragrance over this one as this fragrance is a lot stronger.

The product says that it hydrates/moisturizes hair, but I think it's more of a sealant because the top three ingredients are oil and butter. You apply this product on wet hair. The sealant holds in the water well, and  it keeps my hair stretched out when I put it in braids. However, it is slightly oily. On a scale of 1-10 the oil  factor is about a 2. It may be a factor for you if you are prone to breakouts--as my skin is prone to them.

*My hair likes being taken care of... lol. It's less of a ball of knots.. and more soft/easy to style in my signature protective bun hair styles. Ok, I have to pick the next product for this week!

Bubblegum Pink

Sally Hansen - Bubblegum Pink
A nice pink cream fix. Yummy. 2 coats.

Marble Part Two

Marble Faze
Ok, so I think I've caught a marbling faze. This is fun. I'm addicted to making it work. My thumb made a pattern that looked like pink french tips... so I just made them all with tips later on. I think I'm just going to water marble all summer! So fun! Ahahaha.

I can't stop using the Sinful Fusion Neon, either! It always calls me for fun manis like this.  I need a black light to have fun with this more.  I still have to get used to Color Club: Yell-Oh..it just looks so strange like slime/sickly nails. However, the pink neon more than makes up for it!!!

*side note...They should have a marble polish. I'm not a fan of crackle.. but I would sooooo get a marble polish.

Summer Nails

Summer Nail Art:
Watermarble nail art is the best art to do in the heat!
You get to soak your fingers in water...mmmm feels so nice...

I'm not the best in marbling, so I hid my mistakes with glitter that was closest to me.
5 stars magenta, again...!

Glitter fixes everything! Glitter fixes everything!
Glitter! Glitter! Yes, more glitter! ..Ehh..Glitter fixes a lot of things....but I should just practice water marbling more.

Summer Yellow

L.A. Colors: Wavelength
A summer yellow! The shade is ok. It's 4 coats, because it's quite a sheer polish. Wavelength is a pretty shade though, and it's unique in that it is a shimmery/metallic-like yellow.

Color Block.

Color Block
I wanted this to turn out great. However, I think it's too hot tonight. Opps... I forgot. The overhead fan was on.... as well as the upright fan. Many blowing fans makes lots of bubble polish. Don't forget that, lady!

Sunday..er Monday Hair Time

Sunday..er Monday Hair Time
I'm a nail polish hoarder... but my mom is a hair product junkie!

I haven't been taking good care of my hair. So to keep me motivated, on Sundays I'm going to review the hoards of hair products that she gets.

This whole week I used Wen Cleansing Conditioner. I used it more as a leave in conditioner. I wet my hair, put some of this conditioner on, and braided it at night. As it says, you can use it as a leave in conditioner as well.

My hair likes it. Wen makes it much softer!
The only problem is that I'm not fond of the smell...
AND this baby is EXPENSIVE!
30 bucks!
Um wow. It's a big bottle, so to save money....
I would just use it as a leave-in-conditioner.

This is how long my hair is now.
I bet it would be longer if I actually took care of it.
Lol. I think my goal is to get Diana-Ross-like hair.
Yes, that would be cool.

It would be a lot of work for a lazy person like me.. but I guess I have to have something to strive for to motivate myself.

Product Review - kkcenterhk eyelashes A88

Review: kkcenterhk eyelashes A88
This is a review of kkcenterhk Short Black Luxuriant Lashes. They sent these for me to do a review. Here is a link to their website http://www.kkcenterhk.com.
These eyelashes cost 5.68$ on their website for all 10. The shipping was fast; I got these on Thursday-- a week after she sent them.

I had to review them now, because I've been having nightmares recently which has left me with bloodshot eyes all week. Ehh teeth falling out, serial killer roomates, running from zombie pple, omg!

I'm not an eyelash pro, so I found the directions confusing. :0( I know they are based in HK but the English text is just way to confusing to decipher.

Yey. I like them!
